Mix well, add to bath water. Can use 2 tablespoons to up to 1/2 cup of bath salts per bath. Store bath salts in a glass jar in a dry place. Useful for detoxifying the body. I only recommend 100% pure, A Grade Essential Oils for making your bath salts.

Essential Oils make your Bath Salts come alive.

CALMING: Use gentle oils such as chamomile, lavender, rosewood, sage, and ylang ylang for a calming effect.

INVIGORATING: To energize your senses, use eucalyptus, juniper, grapefruit, clary sage and ginger essential oil.

WOMAN'S BATH: For a an aromatic bath for menstrual cramping, use 5 drops lavender, 2 drops cypress, 2 drops nutmeg and 2 drops peppermint essential oil with your bath salts.

Making "Bath Salts" with Oatmeal
Combine oatmeal, a natural skin softener, with herbs and essential oils. Tie up the mixture in a piece of cheesecloth or thin material and drop in warm bath water. Or hang the scented bath bag under the faucet and let the water run over the bag. After soaking, put your favorite aroma bath gel onto your home-made "bath salt bag" and use as a washcloth.
