Making "Bath Salts" with Oatmeal
Combine oatmeal, a natural skin softener, with herbs and essential oils. Tie up the mixture in a piece of cheesecloth or thin material and drop in warm bath water. Or hang the scented bath bag under the faucet and let the water run over the bag. After soaking, put your favorite aroma bath gel onto your home-made "bath salt bag" and use as a washcloth. Shop your
