Prepare a glass bowl or container and pour Epsom salt into it. Then, add the essential oils of your choice to the container. Stir all the contents until essential oils are evenly dispersed throughout the Epsom salt. Transfer the mixture into a container that is large enough for the feet. Slowly pour in warm water – enough to cover your feet. Agitate the water until the Epsom salt is dissolved using your feet.

Add AlkaLime to your choosen foot bath recipe and soak your feet in the warm water for about 20-30 minutes. Pat your feet dry – make sure to completely dry your feet. Then, in your palm, put 1–2 tablespoons of Animal Scents® Ointment (Yes, you heard right – it’s also good for you, not just for your fourlegged friend!) and add 1-2 drops of essential oil that you desire to use. Generously apply the mixture on your feet and let it soak in for 15–20 minutes.

Finally put on a pair of socks and go to bed.
